  I use Zip-Zap every year and they are very helpful. They are open all year so if you do need help or have a problem, they will help you out.

  Do not expect any service after the fact from this place if you have an issue arise on your taxes that they caused. I had a very simuilar experience w/ these people as my mother........ Oddly, my mom had a situation where her accountant…

  You probablly shouldn't have your taxes done by someone who'll try to sell you a cell phone or a pager.
